At Bhansai, we take pride in delivering quality products crafted with care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Returns are only applicable for:
Wrong product received
Size mismatch
Damaged/defective item upon delivery
📦 To request a return, email us at bhansaidm@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will issue the refund via UPI or bank transfer.
We offer size exchanges only for the same product, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on:
Customized or altered items
Sale or discounted items
Products without original tags or packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For reverse pickups (if available in your area), charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
